We started as a small village school, but with ANAAD Skills we were able to implement digital literacy sessions for our students and parents. Their team trained our teachers, provided content, and aligned us with government programs. It has been a life-changing experience for our community.
Rajeev Sinha
Partnering with ANAAD Skills opened new doors for our small training centre. With their support, we could finally deliver NSDC’s RPL training successfully. Their operational guidance and project monitoring helped us meet targets smoothly and build our reputation locally.

FAQs
1. What types of skill development programs does Anaad Skills deliver?
We deliver training solutions across NSDC Special Projects, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, PM-NAPS, PM-VIKAS, and custom CSR skill training programs, including short-term, RPL, apprenticeship, and community-focused vocational projects.
2. Can small training centres partner with Anaad Skills on government-funded projects?
Absolutely. We collaborate with small and mid-sized training centres, helping them access and execute (eligible) state and national skill development initiatives, offering support from proposal development through to completion and placement.
3. What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?
RPL formally certifies informal or experiential skills against NSQF standards. It enables experienced but uncertified individuals to gain accredited recognition — a key component of PMKVY 4.0 and other upskilling schemes
4. Can I work with ANAAD as a sub-delivery partner (PIA/IA/Training Centre) for Skill Development Programs?
Some schemes, such as CSR-funded projects, do allow delivery through sub-partners or implementation agencies. However, major government schemes like PMKVY 4.0 and DDU-GKY generally do not permit sub-letting and require direct empanelment and compliance. Our team can guide you on the best fit and structure for collaboration based on the specific program guidelines.
